1.1. By accepting this Agreement, the User understands that any trading and investment operations on crypto, currency, and financial markets involve high risk.
1.2. The Service Owner does not guarantee profit and is not liable for theft of user funds on exchanges, because the Service has no access to users' withdrawal functions.
1.3. The User understands possible financial losses, including direct losses and lost profits resulting from trading and investment operations when using Service bots.
1.4. The Service Owner is not liable for exchange technical issues, theft at exchanges, account blocks, incorrect exchange API operation, exchange bankruptcies, user mistakes, or strong prolonged market moves.
1.5. The service anymoneybot.com is provided "as is". The Service Owner does not guarantee a specific profitability level. Bot performance depends on many factors including volatility, liquidity, trading volume, and bot settings.
2.1. anymoneybot.com is provided on internet servers 24/7. Users do not need to install special software to use the service.
2.2. The service does not custody user funds and does not make payouts except referral payouts. User funds remain on exchange accounts.
2.3. The service places exchange orders via API only on user instructions and within granted permissions.
2.4. Trading in different anymoneybot.com accounts using the same exchange account is prohibited and may be treated as multiple account abuse.
2.5. Accounts with detected violations may be blocked.
3.1. The service charges a fee based on trade turnover at 0.01%, but not less than $0.01 per trade.
3.2. Fee accruals and deductions are displayed in the user profile and billing sections.
4.1. Full service functionality is available with a positive account balance.
4.2. If the balance is negative, launching bots may be restricted.
5.1. An accidental top-up is topping up the service balance instead of an exchange account.
5.2. Refund requests must be sent to support within 7 days after the top-up.
6.1. Balance manipulations between affiliated accounts are prohibited.
6.2. Use of third-party software to interact with platform servers is prohibited.
7.1. The website anymoneybot.com contains intellectual property owned by the Service Owner and related parties.
7.2. All website content and structure are protected by copyright and related rights.
8.1. The parties undertake to resolve disputes through negotiations.
8.2. A pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory. Response period is 10 calendar days.
9.1. anymoneybot.com may amend this User Agreement without prior notice.
9.2. Either party may terminate cooperation unilaterally.
